The revised second edition of the Domestic Book is now available. It is a much more user-friendly book. The most important improvement is the integration of text material with the rate tables.

Domestic rates have been updated. Parcel Post charts have been added. There are new sections on Meter Stamps, Permit Imprints and Merchandise Receipts. The chapter of Free Mail has been added to extensively. Illustrations, which were a strong part of the first edition, have increased significantly in number.
