All fishing gear is furnished; I have very good top of the line Lamiglass rods and right hand Shimono reels. Your rain gear and short boots are a must. Bring slippers - no shoes or boots are allowed on the hardwood floors in the fishing lodge. There is no smoking inside.
Washer and dryer are available for your use.
Coastal Cold Storage will pick up your fish when we arrive at the dock after picture taking. They will fillet, vacuum pack in one pound bags, freeze to - 40° and box for your trip home. Cost is about a dollar per lb.
Airline reservations and tickets are your responsibility and must be purchased as soon as possible as space is very limited to and from Alaska in the summer.
Alaska Air is the only commercial passenger carrier landing at the Petersburg Airport, with only two stops per day. Alaska Air offers special rates, however, there are only a limited number of seats available on any specific flight. These seats are available on a first come, first serve basis. Make your reservations early.
Air Alaska leaves Seattle with stops in Ketchican, Wrangle, and Petersburg. This is a split flight, carrying both cargo and passengers. The front of the aircraft will be loaded with container cargo. The rear of the plane will have 72 passenger seats available.
You are allowed 2 bags up to 50 lbs each and two carry ons, which can be checked also. One of those can be poles.
Deposit is 50% of trip cost per person due on booking. It is NOT refundable if you cancel and I cannot re-book your dates. Balance is due 30 days before arrival at Petersburg.
