Treachery and Treason May 12, 2004

Dear Senators Hamilton and Kean,

Greetings,

Once Top Secret documents have been declassified by The State Department, much to the chagrin of the CIA. Now we know why.

Presidential Directives were issued during a National Security Council meeting ordering the CIA, State Department and the Joint Chief's of Staff to cease and desist all support for Khmer Serie operations for the overthrow of the Cambodian Government and the Assassination of then Prince, now King Norodom Sihanouk.

The Intelligence Community ignored the President resulting in disastrous consequences.

When the synopsis in the following site is compared with the above NSC documents the acts of treason leap out at the reader. The synopsis was written in 1998. The NSC documents date 1965-66-67, but were only declassified in 2000 and are available on the Internet, originally from the LBJ Library. When LBJ was notified of these treasonous acts in March, 1968, he announced he would not seek nor accept his parties nomination for reelection as President of The United States.

Letters in 21 and 22 above to Senators Kyl and Shelby and AG Ashcroft remain unanswered. Ashcroft recused himself from the Wilson/Plame Affair AFTER receiving his letters.

Compare the treasonous acts by the CIA and State Department in 1966 during war time with the treasonous acts by the Intelligence Community in the fabrication of WMD evidence presented to Congress (and the UN) seeking war powers act for the preemptive strike on Iraq. Then add the growing evidence of inaction and prior knowledge of the 9/11 "sneak attack" on the WTC and I do believe we have a trifecta.

With the addition of the Prisoner Abuse Murder/Rape/Torture in Iraq we have a quenella.

There is but one recourse.

"Voice For Veterans Services was founded (1990) out of necessity for Veterans and Soldiers Rights. The Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA) of 1946 is a statutory body of law passed by the United States Congress to waive "sovereign immunity" granting American citizens and others the right to petition our national courts to redress personal injury or death claims arising from the negligent acts of government employees. However, on December 4, 1950, the United States Supreme Court decided Americans or other legally inducted persons serving in the United States Armed Forces were exempt from petitioning our national courts for redress of wrongs under the FTCA. Thus for the past 54 years we have been denied the fundamental First Amendment Right under the provisions of the United States Constitution to petition our federal courts for redress of wrongs."

Rusty is now fighting for bill H. R. 1917 which was dropped in Congress.
Now Rusty is trying to get it re-sponsored and sponsored in the House.
This bill will allow Disabled Veterans to use recreation land for rehabilitation.

Michael Sledge is a freelance journalist and writer.
He has extensively studied the sociology and
psychology of the behavior of military personnel.
He lives in Boulder County, Colorado.

This is not a book for the faint of heart; Sledge's subject,
from which he does not stray far throughout this dense work,
is battlefield death and what becomes of soldiers' corpses.
He presents a deeply researched, detailed history that features
many photos, most of them depicting either freshly dead
or decayed bodies of American military men arrayed on
battlefields, mainly from the Civil War, the Korean War and WWII.
That includes shots of the remains of GIs disinterred from
cemeteries in Germany, unburied remains on a WWI battlefield
in France, and African-Americans collecting the bones of dead
soldiers on the Chancellorsville battlefield in Virginia.
These photos, to say the least, do not make pleasant viewing.
In his narrative, Sledge carefully and conscientiously examines
such thorny questions as why soldiers put their lives at risk to
recover the bodies of their fallen comrades and why the
American military continues to expend enormous funds and
personnel hours searching for the remains of Americans
killed in the Vietnam and Korean wars. Oddly for
a serious-minded book of this sort, Sledge injects himself,
and his quest to find the answers to these questions, into the
narrative in a very personal introduction and extended
"Author's Notes" at the end of each chapter. The author
recounts a "nighttime vision" he had of a dead soldier
that led him to write the book and a dream he had three
months later in which a room full of junior high school
students in uniforms stood mutely before a large black door.

VERPA formed to overturn the Feres Doctrine which provides sovereign immunity which has proven to allow command, legal and medical injustices to be denied redress within the DOD. Its chilling effects also are far reaching within the VA.

Read a father's story after his daughter, Kerry O'Neill, a U. S. Naval Academy graduate, is murdered at a Naval base in California.

I have written to Dr. O'Neill and read his book. It is a loving father's story of his grief process and I would recommend this book to anyone who has suffered such a loss or wants to understand what someone else might be going through. I greatly admire Dr. O'Neill and we still keep in touch. Kerry and her father had such a wonderful bond as father and daughter, but also as great friends.
