Wednesday September 4/Thursday September 5

Packing was suspiciously easy this time around, although I constantly worried I was spending too much on new clothes, send ahead gifts and the like.  The three weeks leading up to this trip made leaving all the more enjoyable.  I felt like I’d be ready to make some big decisions about my life when I returned.

The amount of money I spent ahead of time was disgusting.  I didn’t keep track, and I wonder all of the gifts, clothes and accessories I spent my cash on was really worth it.  It kept me busy ahead of the trip.

As always, Andy came by to pick me up.  I opted for something different than the M&M this time.  We ended up with a decent breakfast at Elmer’s beforehand, chatting about my eating experiences overseas.
