To subscribe to the mailing list:
There are actually two forms of this mailing list... the regular version, and the digest version. They're both the same mailing list, just delivered to you in slightly different ways.

If you subscribe to the the Regular version, you'll receive each and every post to the mailing list, as they are posted.

If you subscribe to the Digest version, you'll receive one post a day, containing all the previous days' posts. You'll be a day behind in news, but you'll only receive one email per day. These are normally mailed out 3am EST.
