	Our support staff's hours of operation:
	Mon - Fri :	8:00am - 9:00pm
	Sat       :	9:00am - 6:00pm
	Sun	  :	10:00am - 4:00pm

	All SHELL DIAL-UP customers for Aracnet dial the number:
	503-426-2400. Login as 'unix@aracnet.com', no password, and
	you'll be prompted to log into the shell server.


05/02    Early this morning we had a router failure. Customers would have 
         had no connectivity beginning at around 4:30 am. The issue has 
         been resolved.
