This web site is for fellow stamp collectors and philatelists who are interested
in understanding letters, post cards, packages, etc. that were mailed either
within the United States and its territories and possessions or from the United
States to anywhere else in the world.
This web site will allow one to:
- Order U.S. Domestic Postal Rates, 1872-1999, Revised Second Edition and/or
U.S. International Postal rates, 1872-1996 by Anthony S. Wawrukiewicz & Henry
W. Beecher.
- Download the latest U.S. domestic and international rates (up to May 12,
2008) as pdfs. From this same page one can also download a pdf of the International
air parcel post rates. These three downloads are free, but the material as formatted
is copyrighted.
- Locate the errors that have been found for the two books, including both
editions of the domestic book.
